Terms of service

① "JUMIA" shall not do anything that is prohibited by law and this agreement or violate public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide goods and services consistently and stably in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

② "JUMIA" shall be equipped with a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet services safely.

③ The mall is responsible for compensating users for any damage caused by unfair trademark advertisements stipulated in Article 3 of the Trademark Advertising Justice Act.

④ "JUMIA" will not send commercial emails for commercial purposes that you do not intend
