Return Policy

Return/exchange can only be applied on the official website. Please confirm the product and quantity and other option information before purchasing. Once the payment is successful, the order option cannot be changed , and the return and exchange regulations are agreed by default.

The following circumstances do not support the return application:
1. Products that are more than 14 days old from the date of receipt
2. Commodities that have been opened or damaged and affect secondary sales.
3. Discounted products and products purchased with points.
4. Return the goods without prior application for return or exchange.
5. The official website has listed products that cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return/Exchange Process

For products eligible for return/exchange, please contact the official website within 14 days from the date of receipt and provide the following relevant information:

Refund Notice 1. After we confirm the return application and receive your returned goods, we will usually return your refund to your payment account within 15 working days .

2. The refund amount is subject to the actual payment amount.
3. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. When requesting a return or exchange due to personal reasons, the round-trip shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
5. If your order contains a gift, please send it back with the gift when returning the product. If you do not return the gift, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
6. Once the product you ordered is returned or refunded, the relevant discount code or shopping credit cannot be used again.
7. When the main product is returned and only the additional purchases are kept, the additional purchases will return to the original price calculation

8. Set discounts, preferential discounts, if the discount or amount of the activity is not reached after the return, the retained product will be restored to the original price calculation, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount
